Your tasks
6. You will develop complex, modularized frame attachment components for various truck chassis platforms, taking into account high variance and functionality.
7. You will manage the development of part scopes for series production, coordinate external service providers and work in international teams.
8. You will define and dimension the joining and connection technology (cast, welded and bolted connections) and carry out installation space analyses.
9. You will work closely with chassis design, simulation, testing, production and procurement.
10. You will create prototype and series drawings as well as the necessary documentation in systems such as Catia V5 and Windchill.
Your profile
11. Successful studies in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
12. Several years of experience in truck development, in particular with metallic structural-dynamic components (pressed, folded, bent, cast and forged parts).
13. Sound knowledge of joining and bonding techniques as well as experience in the creation of system specifications and the management of external partners.
14. Confident handling of agile working methods and sound knowledge of the product development process (PdP).
15. Experienced use of Catia and PDM systems (OAS/Windchill).
16. Structured, analytical way of working and business fluent in English for the international environment.
