Hauptaufgaben The Management Assistant (Manpower) supports the Resource Management Division by conducting manpower analyses, compiling data from the Decision Support Center, and applying approved staffing models to assess workforce requirements across Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) and its outlying health clinics. The role provides technical guidance to leadership and staff on manpower issues, prepares reports, charts, and documentation for command-level review, and assists with formal manpower assessments and future resource projections. Responsibilities also include producing monthly civilian manpower utilization reports, analyzing discrepancies in the Personnel Control Roster, coordinating corrections with departments such as civilian personnel, military personnel, the Defense Medical Human Resources System–Internet, the Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System, and Budget, and preparing manpower reports for higher headquarters and internal review meetings. Additional duties include supporting the Civilian Hiring Action Committee by reviewing agenda items, validating Tables of Distribution and Allowances information, updating the OMNI manpower system, and preparing meeting minutes. The position assists with the annual update of LRMC's Tables of Distribution and Allowances, ensures accurate loading of data into OMNI and the Defense Medical Human Resources System–Internet, and processes civilian personnel actions. The incumbent also prepares monthly Local National time and attendance reports, along with general correspondence and administrative documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Current employees who do not meet E&T Level I and who are not in the same or similar occupation must have 2 additional years of creditable experience as described in A below. E&T Level II: 1 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 2 years of experience as defined in B below. E&T Level III: 1 year of experience as defined in B below. E&T Level IV: No additional experience required. Current employees who have served one year in the same or similar occupation are qualified for the next higher grade. We recommend ensuring at the time of application that at least two of these documents are available or requested. * Foreign National Screening (Sicherheitsüberprüfung): In accordance with U.S. Army Europe Regulation 604-1, within three days after appointment, a background check will be initiated to determine suitability for continued employment with the U. S. Forces in Germany.
