Role
* Lead DeltaV commissioning activities across both process and utility systems, supporting four API manufacturing trains.
* Execute hands-on commissioning of control systems, including loop checks, I/O verification, and system functionality testing.
* Configure, test, and commission Equipment Modules and Recipes, ensuring readiness through to Operational Qualification (OQ).
* Work closely with the Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) team to execute Operational Commissioning (OC) protocols, ensuring alignment with validation and regulatory requirements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues during commissioning, ensuring minimal impact to schedule and compliance.
* Support system integration activities and ensure seamless handover from commissioning into qualification and operations.
Reporting To
* DeltaV Area Lead
Experience
* Minimum 10 years’ experience with DeltaV DCS in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* 3–5 years’ site-based commissioning experience, ideally within pharmaceutical or biotech projects.
* API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential.
* Strong understanding of GxP, validation lifecycle (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ), and regulatory expectations.
