We are looking for the following position at our headquarters on site in Hechingen to start as soon as possible:
Your mission
* You monitor and control all processes related to accounts payable and receivable.
* You are responsible for asset accounting, commission settlements, travel expenses, accruals and deferrals as well as tax and reporting matters.
* You independently post day‑to‑day business transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
* You reconcile accounts and clarify discrepancies on your own responsibility.
* You manage payment transactions and the dunning process.
* You prepare and actively support monthly and annual financial statements.
* You independently manage and maintain proper cash bookkeeping.
Your profile
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally complemented by further training as a certified accountant.
* You have experience in accounting and basic knowledge of tax and financial law.
* You are confident using MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
* You communicate very well in both German and English.
* You have a strong understanding of numbers and work in a careful, structured and reliable manner.
* You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
