Your mission As Junior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a dual role that bridges partner marketing execution and strategic support to our VP Partnerships. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in both partner relationship management and marketing execution within the fast-growing eCommerce space.
50% Partner Marketing Activities (Partner-Facing, Strategic & Execution)
You'll take ownership of partner marketing initiatives from concept through execution, working directly with our agency partners to co-create and implement campaigns. You'll help coordinate partner webinars as strategic lead-generation measures, manage partner-specific marketing materials, and be the operational face to partners on marketing collaboration. 50% Junior Support Function to VP Partnerships
You'll be the operational backbone supporting our VP Partnerships, coordinating with internal marketing on outbound campaigns, and conducting meeting preparations and follow-ups for partner calls with our active partners. You'll help bridge partner requests with internal marketing execution, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication flow.
Coordinate and execute partner webinars, managing timelines, content, and partner collaboration
Work directly with agency partners to co-create marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market activities
Manage partner-specific marketing materials, ensuring consistency and quality
Serve as the operational point of contact for partners on marketing collaboration
Coordinate with the internal marketing team on partner-related campaigns and outbound list generation
Support partner reactivation initiatives for events and campaigns
Bridge partner requests with internal marketing execution, ensuring clear handoffs and follow-through
Help establish and maintain operational processes for partner marketing activities
Recent graduate or 0-2 years experience, ready to dive into both strategic partner management and hands-on marketing execution
Comfortable communicating with both internal teams and external partners in German and English
comfortable with marketing and coordination platforms
Marketing interest: Genuine interest in marketing, partner relationships, and the eCommerce space
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across functions (Marketing, Sales, Partner Management)
