As Paid Media Specialist Central Europe (m/f/d), you can contribute your passion for data-driven marketing and manage the performance of our campaigns. With your expertise, you will ensure the strong integration of all paid ads in the marketing mix, derive clear recommendations for action from analytics data, and work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders. What You'll do
Planning and implementation of paid media campaigns
* You will develop and manage digital advertising campaigns for the Central European markets (DACH + NL) via channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic Display. You will select suitable platforms and formats based on target groups, objectives, and budget.
Performance management & optimization
* You will implement the global and Central European marketing strategy in paid media measures, define relevant KPIs, and analyze them on an ongoing basis. Through A/B testing, targeting optimizations, and efficient budget allocation, you will ensure maximum campaign performance.
Data analysis & reporting
* You evaluate campaign results, prepare reports for various stakeholders, and derive clear recommendations for action to further develop our paid media strategy.
Tool and process management
* You work with relevant paid media tools, ensure clean tracking, and ensure structured, consistent processes in planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* You will work closely with teams from content, CRM, SEO, and data, as well as with global, local, and Central European marketing and campaign managers, and present your analyses and recommendations in a manner appropriate to the audience.
Budget management
* You will assist with forecasts, control, and allocation of the paid media budget in close coordination with the finance team.
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or communications
* At least 2 years of proven experience in paid advertising and performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment
* Experience in B2B business or the construction industry is an advantage
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
* Confident use of advertising analysis tools such as GA4, Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
* Experience with the application and integration of DMPs and CDPs is an advantage
* Team player with a high level of enthusiasm for digital marketing and trends
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with global, regional, and local teams
* Very good written and spoken English skills
