Job Title: Project Lead - Quality Services, Lab and Manufacturing
Location: Frankfurter, Germany - Remote Work
This project focuses on the execution and oversight of initiatives within the domains of Quality Services, QC laboratories, and manufacturing environments. The goal is to drive project success by ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards, while managing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication across various business units.
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
Lead the planning and execution of projects related to Quality Services, laboratory operations, and manufacturing activities, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Manage stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle to gather requirements, deliver updates, and ensure expectations are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and effective collaboration.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards relevant to the life sciences sector throughout all project phases.
Oversee project timelines and monitor deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and addressing potential risks or delays.
Facilitate and moderate project-related meetings, aligning stakeholders and tracking decisions and follow-up actions.
Ensure that all project documentation complies with internal quality and documentation standards.
Manage all stages of the project lifecycle including charter creation, budgeting, resource allocation, task planning, and quality oversight.
Coordinate and execute the transition and handover of completed project components to operational teams to ensure continuity and sustainability.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status updates and reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring visibility of progress, challenges, and next steps.
The performance of the contractor has the goal of ensuring high-quality project execution, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives in lab and manufacturing contexts.
