Tasks

* Act as financial business partner to Topline and cross‑functional teams, enabling aligned, data‑driven decision‑making
* Provide early performance insights through robust analyses to proactively steer the business
* Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools, reports, and planning systems and support and initiate finance transformation
* Ensure timely and accurate month‑end closings for the Dairy Category, including variance and trend analysis
* Own and support the monthly forecasting process, delivering reliable forecasts with risks & opportunities, scenarios, and clear recommendations
Profile
* Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on finance, controlling or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in controlling, finance and business partnering, ideally in FMCG
* Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP desirable
* Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to translate numbers into clear business insights
* Learning‑oriented, flexible, and resilient, with an agile mindset and affinity for process improvement and optimization
* Highly self‑motivated with an independent working style and strong communication skills
* Fluent in English
