Administrative Assistant - Geriatrics Department
As an Administrative Assistant in the Geriatrics Department, you are responsible for leading the administrative team and handling all office work. You manage the chief physician's correspondence and are responsible for the administration of medical reports, renewal requests, and case records after digital dictation.
* Collection of medical reports, renewal requests, and case records after digital dictation
* Management of the entire correspondence of the chief physician
* Maintenance in the service plan program (Atoss)
* Processing of inquiries from MDK, health insurance companies, pension fund office and other institutions
Your profile: Completed training in the medical administrative field, secure handling of medical terminology and common IT systems (MS Office, KIS, Forms etc.), structured, independent and reliable working method, organizational talent, team spirit and friendly, professional appearance.
