Your Tasks
The Uslu Lab investigates CAR T cell combination therapies in solid tumors, with a strong emphasis on skin cancers. Building on recent high-impact publications, we aim to understand and overcome barriers to CAR T cell therapy in translational in vitro and in vivo models.
Responsibilities:
* Independent design, execution, and interpretation of experiments in vitro and in mouse models
* Scientific supervision of technical staff and students
* Preparation of animal experiment applications and third-party grant proposals
* Writing manuscripts and presenting results at international conferences
Your Profile
* MD or PhD (or equivalent) in immunology, oncology, biology, or related fields
* Strong expertise in CAR T cell biology, including in vitro (cell culture) and in vivo work
* Experience with flow cytometry (multicolor panels) and molecular biology methods (cloning, viral vectors, CRISPR)
* Team player with strong communication skills
