Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow an Enterprise Sales team, setting strategic direction and providing coaching and support in a fast-paced, agile setting.
Actively engage in key deals and provide guidance throughout the sales process.
Develop and execute a mid- to long-term strategy for new business development, managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
Identify and understand enterprise customer needs, and align them with tailored solutions.
Define and track key sales metrics and KPIs to continuously improve performance.
Collaborate closely with internal functions including marketing and partner management to enhance sales effectiveness.
Create a structured, well-supported environment that enables your team to focus on high-impact selling.
Nice to have: Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar B2B sales qualification frameworks.
Your Profile
Proven track record in software or technology sales, ideally in a high-growth or target-driven environment.
Experience managing complex sales cycles, including engagement with C-level stakeholders and negotiating high-value enterprise deals.
Initial leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring, coaching, or team development.
Strong business acumen and ability to build compelling business cases and ROI models.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
