Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders Project Management: Support the planning and execution of training programs and workshops Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of training initiatives Event Coordination: Help organize and manage logistics for training events, including venue booking, catering, and participant registration Provide on-site support during training sessions and events Content Development: Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with corporate standards Research and Analysis: Conduct research on procurement best practices, market trends and new technologies Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from training participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement Suggest and implement enhancements to training programs and processes Qualifications Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
