Your key responsibilities include:
7. As a Front Desk Manager, you will become part of our management team and work closely with our Front Office Manager and his deputy
8. In the absence of the Front Office Manager, you will be the main contact for our international guests as well as for our team and ensure that everything runs smoothly within the department
9. With us, you can put the management experience you have already gained into practice and independently lead shifts, and you will also work on specialist projects
10. You know what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as memorable as possible
11. You are happy to share your expertise with your team and pass on your experience to your colleagues in the context of training courses, and you will also conduct employee appraisals independently
12. You advise our guests on all concerns and concerns and always have the right answer ready
13. Together with the team, you will work on achieving the departmental goals
14. You keep a cool head even in complicated situations and know how to deal with guest complaints through expertise and find a solution - you have learned that you can also turn negative impressions into positive memories with the right attitude

15. You have completed training in the hotel industry and have several years of professional experience in a management position at the front office with corresponding employee responsibility and experience in team leadership.
16. You enjoy communicating in different languages - fluent in German and in English

18. You like to work on the computer, have good opera skills, are flexible, ready for action, enjoy your job and are looking for a new challenge.
