Who will you be joining?

The Group People and Culture (GPC) develops the people strategy and drives the actions that support our people worldwide in embracing and executing on our Allianz Purpose. In the Talent & Leadership Department we collaborate closely with the AZ SE Board of Management, their business divisions, and partner with the People Directors of our Operating Entities across the world to ensure that we grow a robust talent pipeline with the right mindset and skills and enhance talent experience as well as quality and best fit of people decisions.

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Steinbeis student to join our team dedicated to managing the top talents of Allianz leaders worldwide. This is your chance to contribute in a dynamic environment!

STUDY PROGRAM


Do you enjoy putting seminar content directly into practice and thereby actively shaping the future of companies? With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both: During your two-year job-integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to Allianz and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. The program offers you various additional MBA options. You also have the chance for intensive exchange and networking as well as the opportunity to design the seminar mode. How can you make an impact?

* Drive Strategic Insights: Analyse data and KPIs to transform them into actionable insights, shaping leadership at Allianz
* Innovate with Technology: Utilise tools like Power BI to develop solutions that enhance team capabilities
* Craft Compelling Narratives: Design and prepare presentations for the senior management, focusing on layout and storyline to influence top-level decision-making
* Collaborate Globally: Partner with colleagues at Allianz SE and talent experts across Allianz entities, driving success in global talent management initiatives
* Enhance Processes: Identify and implement improvements in talent management processes
* Research State-of-the-Art Practices: Stay ahead by exploring and integrating cutting-edge trends and best practices in talent management


What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications

* Already completed a relevant bachelor study program (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication or Media Studies) for the entire duration of the position
* Advanced experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis techniques; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, taking initiative in driving own topics forward
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; capable of crafting compelling narratives and engaging with diverse stakeholders
* Fluent German is not necessary, but would be a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong analytical and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
* Interest in talent management, HR topics, and staying abreast of state-of-the-art practices in the field
* Creative problem-solving skills and a tech-savvy approach to developing innovative solutions
* Solid Communication and Creative Skills for crafting engaging storylines and innovative layouts for presentations
* Eager to work in a multidisciplinary and international team, collaborating with colleagues from headquarters and Allianz entities worldwide
