Specialist (m/f/d) – Internal Sales
Berndroth, Rhine-Main or Ratingen, Rhine-Ruhr region
Your future tasks
1. You will independently support our customers from clinics, hospitals and medical practices in the DACH region
2. You will be in constant contact with customers and will process enquiries, prepare quotations and calculations
3. You will provide simple technical advice on medical gas supply products, e.g. gas outlets or pressure regulators
4. You will check technical requirements and specifications in consultation with quality management
5. You will take care of the entire order process from entry to delivery
6. You will work closely with the purchasing, project management, logistics and technology departments
To succeed, you will need
7. Commercial or technical training, ideally related to medical technology
8. At least 1 year of experience in sales/internal sales in an industrial environment
9. Proficient in MS Office & SAP
10. Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
11. Willingness to travel occasionally (max. 10%)

Job location
This position is based in the Berndroth or Ratingen region and can therefore be carried out either from the company headquarters in Berndroth or the Ratingen office.
In any case, you can look forward to varied tasks, direct customer contact and the opportunity to apply your sales expertise on a daily basis.
