Role Overview
We are looking for Croatian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international Booking project in Athens. The role focuses on providing high-quality customer support while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
After an initial on-site period of 9 weeks, remote work may be considered depending on individual performance and readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support in Croatian and English
* Assist customers with booking-related inquiries and service requests
* Handle questions, updates, and general support through approved channels
* Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
* Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines
* Deliver a professional and customer-oriented experience
Requirements
* Fluent Croatian – written and spoken
* Good command of English for internal communication
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
* Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Work Schedule
* Monday to Sunday, shifts between 08:00 and 19:00
* 40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days per week)

Salary & Compensation
* Attractive salary
* 14 salaries per year:
o 12 monthly salaries
o 1 salary at Easter
o 1 salary split between Summer and Christmas
