Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medical treatments, and emotional well-being.
* Conduct regular health checks, monitor vital signs, and document resident data accurately and comprehensively.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
* Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in senior care.
Requirements:
* Completed 3-year training in healthcare or social work.
* Proven experience in senior care or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical and mental stamina to meet the demands of the role.
