You will be expected to enhance existing managerial structures, coach a cohesive leadership team, and promote the organization's overall capabilities. Part of your mission will be to develop and communicate a unified vision and goals for the production unit across all business aspects. Leading and coordinating systematic work to ensure progress in priority areas, including implementing selected production methods, is crucial to securing efficient operations characterized by a good work environment, high efficiency, and quality. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support the company's overall development is also essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production operations within a diversified manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in assembly-intensive processes.
