About the Tech Track
The Tech Track is an 18-month program that combines technical skills with business acumen and leadership abilities.
1. You will start by working as a DevOps engineer or IT integrator locally in ING Luxembourg, gaining hands-on experience in our IT business squads.
2. In the second step, you may be assigned to a shared platform using the latest technologies, further developing your technical expertise.
3. Finally, you will join one of our international project teams to discover various aspects of tech involvement in strategic change initiatives.
Requirements
To apply for this program, you should have a recent Master's degree and a maximum of two years of work experience. Fluency in English and French is also required.
We're looking for individuals with a strong passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
