Energy Solutions Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced team leader to join our Energy Solutions division.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, order management, plant, and logistics.
* Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence, ensure team stability and cohesion, and provide direction to team members.
* Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey and address any challenges proactively.
* Coordination: Support the deployment of Oracle systems, standardize service commitments, and align them across the organization.
* Metrics & Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, customer health, and overall success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing a customer service team.
* Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Grit and high standards, with a high degree of initiative.
* Uphold a high-performance bar, foster accountability, and lead by example with perseverance to achieve ambitious growth goals.
* Proficient written and spoken English skills.
* University degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of job experience.
* Approximately 3-5 years of experience in a comparable position.
