YOU CAN EXPECT THE FOLLOWING TASKS: Maintaining the on-premise server infrastructure with a particular focus on high IT security standards Supporting internal IT projects and technical developments, as well as actively helping to shape modern IT solutions Processing central IT services such as backup, monitoring, Active Directory user management, terminal services, VMware environments, and databases. Testing and configuring IT systems and applications, taking into account the impact on business operations. Processing incidents and service requests as part of second- and third-level support via a ticket system. Coordinating and collaborating with internal departments and external service providers. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Completed training in computer science, ideally with further IT training or a similar qualification. Several years of experience in operating IT systems and solutions. In-depth knowledge of server, backup, storage, and virtualization environments as well as Windows Server operating systems; Linux expertise is an advantage.
