About The RoleThe Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader is responsible for implementing various methods (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, 5S, etc.) with the goal of continuously improving productivity, process and service quality, and reducing energy consumption and waste.Key Responsibilities IncludePlanning, coordination, and execution of CI projects (project management) Responsible for tracking of all investment projects at the site in coordination with the factory controller.Implementation of various systems and tools (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, 5S, etc.) with the goal of continuously increasing productivity, process and service quality, and reducing energy consumption and waste.Training, coaching, and supporting all employees in the introduction of new ways of working (SAP, team boards, etc.).Coordination and creation of the quarterly information flyer for the site.About YouYou have a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in industrial production and CI (Continuous Improvement) environment.You have experience in Process management (TPM, Lean/Six Sigma, Black Belt certification, etc.)You have experience in project and change managementYou are a German speaker with very good English skillsBusiness-oriented thinking and action drivenStakeholder managementSafety awarenesschange management skillsNetworkerStrong Implementation skillInitiative and commitmentAnalytical skills and conceptual abilityDecisivenessOpen communication styleAssertiveness and persuasivenessAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
