The role A leading global insurance firm are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and other European locations. This role offers the chance to shape recruitment strategy, elevate employer branding, and work closely with business leaders to attract top talent in a collaborative, people-first culture.
Partner with senior leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and offer consultative support
End-to-End Recruitment
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer
Manage candidate experience and ensure data accuracy in the ATS
Analyse recruitment data to improve hiring processes
Align recruitment activity with business goals and values
Proven full-cycle recruitment experience (insurance/financial services a plus)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; Flexibility to support recruitment across multiple geographies (some travel required).
