This is a 2-year rotational program and your ticket into the world of sales within one of the most influential technology companies in the global marketplace!
Our program mission statement is to Empower future sales leaders at Lenovo to thrive in their respective function through curriculum learning, support, guidance, and hands-on experience. The EAGLES Program cultivates a diverse community of talented individuals, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and mindset essential for driving innovation, fostering client relationships, and achieving sustainable growth.

What will you learn during the 2 years?
1. Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting and engaging clients to negotiating and successfully closing business opportunities.
2. Understand and position offerings in the context of the broader market, including industry trends and competitive dynamics.
3. Communicate confidently and build strong relationships through effective interpersonal skills and clear articulation of value.
4. Adopt a customer-focused approach by identifying client needs and delivering solutions that address their challenges.
5. How to grow as a future leader through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration (including global exposure), and interaction with senior stakeholders.
6. Embrace continuous improvement and contribute to an innovative, high-performing commercial organization.

Minimum requirements:
12. Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from an accredited university (provide evidence or predicted grades) - graduated in 2025
13. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
14. Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in Germany and provide relevant documentation/proof.
