Junior Customs Coordinator (f/m/d)
To support our Customs team we are searching for a Junior Customs Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Obtain necessary customs documents and supplier declarations
2. Prepare customs invoices and all other export-related documents for customer orders
3. Create export declarations via ATLAS
4. Classify/tariff goods
5. Handle all inquiries regarding customs clearance issues or delays
6. Collaborate with shipping service providers and customs authorities worldwide
WHO YOU ARE
7. Completed vocational training (e.g. training as a foreign trade clerk, forwarding agent) or a comparable qualification
8. Initial professional experience in customs
9. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
10. Solid knowledge of MS Office
11. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is an advantage
12. Conscientious handling of customer data, sense of responsibility, and reliability
