Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location: Germany Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture that aligns with the business's strategic objectives and technology requirements. Lead the design and integration of enterprise-wide solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance, standards, and best practices across all technology domains. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization is adopting innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage. Identify and mitigate risks related to technology infrastructure, security, and compliance. Implement continuous improvement processes for architecture practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and resilience of systems. Create clear documentation of architecture designs, technical roadmaps, and frameworks. Present solutions and architectures to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT architecture, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks) preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM). In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, security, and software development life cycles. Proficiency in designing and integrating enterprise-level solutions using modern technologies (e.g., microservices, containers, APIs). Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards Experience in semiconductor industry will be an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and project management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
