Role Description We are seeking a results-drivenSalesExecutiveto join our team. This role is critical to driving new business, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting our company’s growthobjectives. We want to hear from you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building connections. As a Sales Executive, you will close inbound leads, execute outbound prospecting, and grow repeat business by serving as a trusted partner to your accounts. You’ll also provide strong customer support and collaborate across teams to improve processes and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle for new business, converting inbound inquiries and targeted outbound outreach into closed revenue. Prospect strategically in priority industries, buildingpipelinethrough calls, email, and account-based outreach. Build strong customer partnerships by understandingpackaging needs and guiding the right productand ordering approach. Grow repeat business by staying engaged with accounts, spotting expansion opportunities, and driving reorder momentum. Create quotes and support POs for larger, more complex orders (including custom packaging and print/label requests). Deliver fast, high-quality customer communication across phone, email, and chat to remove friction and build trust. Keep CRM and pipeline dataaccurateand actionable. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Self-starter with the ability to meet and exceed goals independently. Proventrack recordof sales success in a similar role. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and part of a collaborative team. Experience in the packaging industry is astrong plus. Proficiencyin CRM systems with a proven ability tomaintainhigh standardsof data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
