Cassel Inspection – Accountant & HR Manager
Primary responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly closings and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory accounting and tax requirements.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses to support management decisions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company strategy and legal requirements.
Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee relations processes.
Support management in performance reviews, training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour law, data protection and health & safety standards.
Act as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR and payroll matters.
Key skills and qualifications:
At least 5 years' experience in Accounting and Human Resources management.
Professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance
Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR best practices.
Experience working in an international manufacturing or engineering environment.
Highly computer literate, with strong knowledge of accounting software (ERP/MRP experience desirable).
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
