Your seat to fill Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries promptly and accurately Verify the accuracy of mailing addresses and recipient information for outgoing mail and packages Ensure that all packages are properly labeled, logged, and tracked in the mailroom system Collaborate with couriers and delivery services to coordinate timely pickup and delivery of packages Communicate effectively with internal departments to address any mail or package-related inquiries, discrepancies, or special requests Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including tracking information and delivery status Your stroll to CYBEX Previous experience in mailroom operations or a similar role is preferred Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good knowledge of MS Office Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes and weights Fluent in German, good knowledge of English language CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
