Position Overview:
This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity. As a guideline, you will be on-site in Tutzing 2-3 days per week for close collaboration and alignment. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
As we expand our investment into growing our customer base, with a particular focus on the French market, we are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer (m/f/x) to join our Sales Engineering Team. This department is a group of experienced technicians and solution architects that turn customer challenges into data‑driven solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle. From technical discovery, tailored demos, RFIs, and use case workshops you take customer input and turn it into a technical win.

* The end-to-end technical sales cycle
* Identifying and developing customer technical champions
* Designing and presenting tailored solution concepts
* Developing implementation approaches for prospective customers
* Close collaboration with sales, engineering, and professional services
* Actively helping the sales team to close deals
We’d love to meet someone with:
* Real-world experience with multiple forms of data integration (such as APIs, EDI, IoT, ETL, EAI, Message Bus, or others) and the related business processes they support
* Proficiency in conducting technical needs assessments and uncovering underlying business and technical requirements
* Comprehensive awareness of customer challenges, business processes, and core systems commonly found in the Retail / Wholesale, Manufacturing and/or Logistics industries
* Exceptional ability to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts on both a business and technical level
* Proficiency in English; German skills are nice to have, and French language skills are a strong plus
