Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and develop the sustainable business growth for the defined Klüber regions and accounts in a strategic approach
2. Coach and guide the speakpartners in the defined Klüber regions to define the regional business strategy and achieve the business objectives of rail industry
3. Manage the key global accounts to continuously enhance the strategic collaborations in terms of gaining the approvals, initial fillings, and new business opportunities to enlarge the share of Klüber
4. Manage and optimize the product portfolio for rail to ensure the competitiveness and profitability e.g., product innovation, portfolio optimization, promotional campaigns, product complaints, etc.
5. Act as a strong expert for the assigned submarket segments and applications, deliver the regular technical and business related trainings to the sales team and key accounts in the Klüber regions
6. Organize the marketing activities and events for rail industry in global level and support the marketing activities / events in regional level to keep the market image and reputations for Klüber in Rail Industry
Qualifications:
7. Science/ technology degree (mechanical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, etc.) or equivalent skills acquired in practice of 3-5 years, master degree in business management desired
8. Experiences in relevant mechanical engineering, chemistry, tribology, lubrication systems, services, experiences in rail industry highly desired, experiences in specialty lubrication highly desired
9. Experiences in international sales, product marketing, business development, or technical sales support with very good international and interculture oriented mindset highly desired
10. High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn and very open to teamwork with colleagues from cross functions and different hierarchies both internal and external
11. English skills mandatory, German desired
12. Team player with excellent networking and communication skills, willing to travel internationally (approximate 25%)
13. Very open to new things, capable of working in a complex environment keeping a high motivation level
