Your Role & Responsibilities
As a process engineer in process engineering, you will be an integral part of the workforce at our site in
Hamm-Uentrop and will report to our Manufacturing Technology Lead.
Your tasks and challenges will include:
* Optimising and further developing production processes for PVB films with a focus on quality,
* efficiency and sustainability
* Analysing process data, identifying potential for improvement and implementing appropriate
* measures
* Introducing new technologies, processes and raw materials in close cooperation with Research &
* Development
* Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal quality guidelines
* Managing and supporting projects in the area of process changes and investments
* Performing error analyses and continuous improvement using lean methods and Six Sigma
* Cross-location cooperation with production, maintenance and quality assurance
Your Profile
* Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable qualification
* Professional experience in the chemical industry or plastics processing is an advantage
* Knowledge of extrusion technology, process simulation and quality management is desirable
* Knowledge and experience in project management for capacity expansions is an advantage
* Analytical thinking, structured working style and ability to work in a team
* Good written and spoken German and English
* Willingness to travel
