* Executive-level experience with full regional P&L responsibility in a global B2B or premium consumer goods environment (preferably in an OEM or retail company)
* Proven success scaling business units, launching new commercial models, and exceeding ambitious growth targets
* Inspirational leader with a track record of building and retaining diverse, high-impact teams across geographies
* Strong analytical mindset — fluent in dashboards, financial modeling, and evidence-based strategy
* Confident communicator with C-suite stakeholders, government bodies, and external partners
* Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
* Comfortable working across time zones and open to frequent travel
