Your Talent
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 8 years of international experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising with a top-tier international sports company, including at least 3 years of leadership experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Credible knowledge of the sportswear/fashion industry
* General knowledge of the international retail environment and interest in new trends and technologies
* Awareness of agile working methods to foster collaboration with key stakeholders
* Strong leadership skills, high initiative, high energy, passion, decisiveness, attention to detail, and confidence
* Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive business orientation
* Ability to convincingly present ideas
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Your Mission
* Establish, lead, and develop the Teamsport Business Development team with a solid business understanding and service mentality
* Manage licensing for Teamsport, including defining and negotiating contractual rights
* Drive the creation and implementation of business plans for top global teams
* Ensure product strategy is delivered and adhered to across all Teamsport business segments (ownership of pre-seasonal alignment)
* Implement a collaborative business approach with regions, areas, and markets to grow the Teamsport business in collaboration with the Global sales team
* Oversee and steer key strategic projects such as digitalization, Teamsport on E-commerce, and consumer insights
* Steer operational excellence within the Business Unit to optimize processes and drive digitalization
* Implement and oversee accurate reporting and KPI management across the Teamsport Business Unit
* Promote and implement agile teams and ways of working
* Act as the Teamsport business partner for top customers, owning sell-in master presentations
* Serve as the Teamsport business partner for E-commerce and Retail operations
