To further promote digital health protection and provide even more pets with access to meaningful care, we are entering the Spanish market with our pet insurance product - petolo. We are therefore looking for a Country Manager (Spain) (m/f/d) to support the expansion and creation of the Spanish team.
Management of all operations within the Spanish market. Management and development of local teams consisting of multiple operational roles such as marketing, sales, customer service and claims management
External stakeholder management with key stakeholders within Zurich Germany & Group
Acting as a spokesperson for the Spanish market
Fluent in Spanish and English, German is a plus
Experience in fast paced environments (e.g. startup and scale-up ) and/or & project management (e.g. consulting)
Experience working with or in Spanish businesses and in-depth knowledge of Spanish culture
Strong track record in building and leading bigger teams and managing multiple-stakeholder projects
Ideal candidate has developed substantial insurance industry expertise in previous position (e.g. consulting mandates or project manager in insurance/insurtech/or similar)
Ideally proficient knowledge of the Spanish insurance market
