Performance‑Marketing & Online Distribution: Operate and test Meta Ads creatives following best practices. Launch and monitor Google Ads campaigns. Position the brand on Tripadvisor, Merchant Center, and other portals. Handle analytics, GTM, tagging, and attribution. Prozess‑Automation: Ensure smooth workflows with Airtable, Zapier, and the ticketing system. B2B‑Business Development: Build a reseller network for team‑building events. Identify potential teambuilding agencies. Persuade partners via e‑mail, phone, and follow‑ups. Assist partners with onboarding into the booking system. Qualifications Skills & Mindset: Self‑organised, solution‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Strong copywriting skills that drive clicks and sales. Customer‑centric thinking for teachers and HR managers. Experience & Tools: 2–4 years in online marketing, preferably in an agency or small team.
