Key Responsibilities
* Define solution architecture for complex business requirements in line with enterprise IT standards and future-state landscapes
* Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technical requirements, designing tailored PLM solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
* Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing client systems and optimal data flow
* Perform configuration and customization of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including workflows, data models, and user interfaces
* Act as the primary technical expert on 3DEXPERIENCE, providing guidance to clients and internal project teams
* Build and maintain strong client engagement, conducting regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with solutions delivered
* Apply industry best practices and emerging trends (particularly in the Automotive sector) to improve solution design and performance
* Work closely with nearshore/offshore teams, transferring requirements and collaborating on remote implementation
Requirements
* 15+ years of total IT/engineering experience
* 7+ years of hands-on experience in PLM solution architecture with 3DEXPERIENCE
* Strong expertise in solution design, system integration, and customization on 3DEXPERIENCE
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively across business and technical teams
* Solid knowledge of PLM best practices and industry trends, preferably within the Automotive sector
* Experience collaborating with global delivery models (nearshore/offshore)
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
