Job Description
* The “Program Manager BGSG Strategy Office” (m/w/d) is a high-visible, high-impact strategic role that supports BGSG/GM with effective decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives
* Collaborate with senior leadership team to understand and finalize strategic objectives and come up with actionable initiatives
* Driving the initiatives through a systematic project management process to meet the agreed deliverables on time and on budget
* Lead cross functional teams which are not directly reporting to achieve common objectives
* Foster collaboration and communication across the teams to ensure the alignment of the strategic plan, actions and the expected outcomes
* Monitor and control the progress of the different initiatives through appropriate KPIs & KRAs
* Early risk identification and implementation the necessary management/mitigation measures
* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement across the teams
* Ensure transparent communication across the teams and status presentation to the senior management
* The role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on BGSG strategy deployment and initiatives
* Lead & Run Agenda and Cadence for leadership meetings and leadership strategy workshops
* Track high priority initiatives, identify any/potential obstacles and opportunities; provide analysis, recommendations, and options regarding high impact decisions to GM
* Partnering with the corresponding counterparts in the other group organizations (BGSW, Bosch GmbH) and drawing synergies in similar strategic program
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management; a engineering qualification would be an added advantage
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Proficient in project management tools and software’s
* Proven experience for 5-8 years in leading cross functional projects and/or programs with a focus on corporate projects or strategy deployment
* Can do attitude and a high result orientation
* Strong understanding of strategic planning, change management and execution processes
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
* Excellent team management skills especially when the teams are not directly reporting
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
* Conversational German skills
* Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decision

Time working onsite: 80%
Time working remote: 20%
The contract will be a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
