Responsibilities During your traineeship, you can expect to gain deep insights into corporate communications and sustainability. You will be part of the team and support with our day-to-day business, including research, project management and stakeholder management. You will be involved in creating campaigns and publications, including articles, reports and infographics and supporting audiovisual productions, such as videos or podcasts. You will collaborate with our global colleagues, gaining a better understanding on different sustainability projects and initiatives across our strategy and from around the globe. You will have the opportunity to gain insights from our Making More Health initiative, which supports social entrepreneurs and their innovative solutions to current healthcare challenges. Requirements Degree in Economics, Business, Social Sciences or Communications, preferably with a focus on sustainability Previous experience in sustainability, either in a corporate or agency setting, preferred High affinity for topics around healthcare and sustainability Excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as project management capabilities Detail oriented and a structured working style Proactive self-starter willing to think u201coutside the boxu201d Excellent proficiency in MS Office Fluent in English, proficient in German a plus What we offer A full-time traineeship is 37.5 hours a week Compensation is 2,800u20ac per month You are eligible for a yearly bonus (VPR) You will receive 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the traineeship In our team we offer a hybrid working model, allowing you to work remote if needed!
