Location: Home-based in Northern Germany (Dortmund area preferred)
Act as a trusted contact for technical support and troubleshooting
Ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and smart service decisions
Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, or similar
Ideally, experience in technical customer service for chromatography and spectrometry systems
Strong German (B1) and good English communication
Mid-range company car (private use included)
