Our activity in Germany :
1. Main activity : Airline Catering
2. Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air…
3. Headcount : 600 people
We are looking to hire a Flight Supervisor.
Main responsabilities :
4. Oversee all food catering services for international flights, ensuring timely and professional handling.
5. Supervise the preparation, packaging, and loading of food items into aircraft trolleys.
6. Go to the runway to liaise with cabin crew, ensuring all delivered products meet high-quality standards.
7. Inspect, label, and seal trolleys according to airport safety regulations.
8. Ensure the correct number of meals is packed for each flight, based on customer specifications and client instruction booklets.
9. Collaborate with dispatchers to resolve last-minute changes or issues.
10. Assist in assembly line operations as needed to meet tight deadlines, which may include tray setup, food preparation, and packaging.
11. Communicate any operational issues or difficulties to management promptly.
12. Complete required security documentation and ensure all items are correctly labeled.
13. Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards, including wearing uniforms and safety gear while on duty.
14. Regular attendance and punctuality are critical.
15. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Perfil
16. Location: Must be located in Frankfurt or near by
17. Education: High School Diploma required.
18. Licensing: Valid Driver's License required.
19. Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, airport operations, or customer service preferred.
20. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
21. Attributes: Flexibility in adapting to constantly changing schedules, strong attention to detail, and reliability.
22. Work Environment: Willingness to work early shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
