Who we are looking for We seek a driven and ambitious Business Development professional to help expand our supply partnerships across the EU market. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships. Must haves Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and track leads and deals effectively using a CRM system. Proactive & Ambitious: A hunter mentality—goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to close deals. Networking & Outgoing Personality: Comfortable attending events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to build strong industry connections. Bachelor´s degree in Business or a relevant field. Language Skills: Fluent in German and English. Experience in business development, and sales. Background in digital advertising, ad tech, or media sales. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and industry trends. Your mission Identify and engage potential publisher partners with a focus on the EU market. Develop and nurture relationships through outreach, meetings, and industry events. Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up efficiently tracking everything in the company’s CRM. Work closely with internal teams: Legal, Account Management, Tech. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to establish a strong presence.
