We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as a Compliance Officer in Luxembourg. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the administrative management of client data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities:
* Validate and process signed contracts and operating memoranda.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of client data and compliance documents.
* Ensure the completeness and integrity of client files and databases.
* Contribute to the development of procedures and policies related to compliance and risk management.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and mining are also essential.
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
Language Skills:
English B2 and French C1; any other language would be an advantage.
