We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the EV charging industry.
Job Description
* Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for Edenred's European Fleet Manager platform, covering road, home, and workplace charging use cases.
* Design and execute the EV squad's product roadmap, owning the full lifecycle from ideation to release while ensuring business goal alignment.
The Product Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and other Edenred operating companies across Europe to consolidate technical integration with 3rd-party systems to scale EV solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology with proven product management experience in innovative, tech-driven environments.
* Advanced experience in Electric Vehicle charging solutions.
* Strong proficiency in agile product management, product strategy, user research, prioritization, and key product tools (e.g., Atlassian, Figma).
* Proven ability to manage products end-to-end, with strong discovery, design, and backend/API integration expertise.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, working effectively with diverse stakeholders and fostering a positive, hands-on approach.
* Data-driven mindset, agile way of working, readiness for transformation.
* Fluent in English, with German or another European language considered a strong advantage.
