Full-time/part-time | permanent | pay grade up to E11 | pay grade up to A11

YOUR TASKS
* Checking, processing and implementing customer requirements
* Processing, managing and monitoring major incidents, incidents and requests
* Coordination of maintenance and fault clearance measures
* Creation of documentation, concepts and guidelines
YOUR PROFILE
* Successfully completed studies (Dipl.-FH or Bachelor) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study and several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field or
* Successfully completed IT vocational training with several years of professional experience in the specified area of responsibility and in combination with extensive further training in two other IT specialist areas (e.g. in application operation, IT architecture, requirement engineering, platforms for digital technologies or service management)
* Knowledge and experience in current IT technologies, in particular an understanding of technical contexts, system architectures / architecture sketches and an overview of common hardware and software products
* Experience in contact with customers (e.g. from consulting, support or project activities)
* Experience with a ticket system
* Willingness to be on call is required
* Very good written and spoken German skills
