AutoForm’s Digital Marketing Team contributes significantly to the market success of AutoForm, the introduction of new products into the global markets and maintains a consistent worldwide corporate appearance. It forms an interface between customers, external stakeholders, AutoForm’s worldwide local sales organizations and AutoForm’s central corporate operations.
Your tasks
1. Support of the design, planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, especially in the field of social media, e-mail campaigns and internal communication
2. Creation and management of digital marketing content (texts, photos, videos, graphics) including creation and maintenance of an editorial calendar
3. Identify and analyze trends, content, and consumer behavior, and use these insights to optimize our digital marketing campaigns and events
4. Planning and organization of our globally organized on-site events and webinars
5. Research resources, tour venues, and lead pre-event meetings
6. Plan and support event logistics, including contract negotiations, guest lists, room design, presentation materials, catering, transportation, technical equipment, and marketing materials
7. Leading the preparation, execution and follow-up of the events to ensure the best customer experience possible
8. Collaborate with and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (clients, authors, agencies, event organizers, technical support) in connection with digital marketing campaigns and events
Your profile
9. Extensive experience in developing effective social media strategies and leading social media initiatives
10. In-depth knowledge of current social media platforms, tools, trends and best practices
11. Experience in the creation of digital marketing content as well as confident handling of photo and video editing software
12. Understanding of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with SEO and SEM strategies
13. Proven success in the management or coordination of customer events and webinars in the B2B environment
14. Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
15. Strong creativity, inventiveness, and innovative thinking
16. Effective time management and strong multitasking skills, even under pressure
17. Excellent soft skills and ability to collaborate within the team and across departments
18. Safe manners in communication with internal management, customer management and business partners
19. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, if necessary
20. Excellent written and spoken English skills
