To support our EMEA Demand Planning team during a maternity leave, we are looking for a part-time or full-time: Regional Supply Planner EMEA (m/w/d) This is a regional and plant-level role that plays a significant part in overall planning, scheduling, execution, inventory management, and ERP planning system processes. In close coordination with regional and global teams, the role ensures the effectiveness of both regional and global SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes. Your Role Coordination with global Supply roles as regards production work orders, internal requisitions, internal sales orders, and purchase orders to ensure that material is available to support the daily, weekly, and monthly demand plan from regional forecast and customer sales orders. Will analyze, track, and report on production plans and delivery schedules to the EMEA regional warehouse hubs, is additionally involved in resolving current or future material and production constraints, potential delays in materials deliveries and/or production schedules, etc. Collaborating with regional Customer Care and Logistics in addressing impacts of possible constraints so as to maintain highest service levels. Responsible for controlling ERP planning parameters and settings (e.g, inventory targets, safety stock levels, weeks of supply, etc.), as well as using best practices tool, methods, and process es for ERP planning system effectiveness. Proactive Inventory Planning and Management to optimize regional inventory position (including SLOB) Evaluation of IR proposals (air vs ocean), tracing ISOs in transit, daily track of inventory statuses / backlogs anticipating shortage and overstock risks for swift reaction on the supply planning side, determination of work orders to raise, handling of warehouse relocation inquiries, defining further inventory optimization measures Education and Experience Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or similar field Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in demand planning, ideally in a regional or multi-country environment. Preferred Skills Excellent analytical skills with focus on planning, inventory management and control systems Knowledge in demand planning and forecasting Structured, independent working style Well-organized / great time-management skills Result-orientation Fluent in English and German (writing, speaking) Advanced computer skills with Oracle, E20pen, MPS and MRP planning systems We Offer A diverse role in a highly successful international company Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
