* Operational human resources management at the site, including personnel development, recruitment, training, and succession planning.
* Active participation in corporate-wide strategic HR projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Higher education degree in human resource management or comparable qualification.
* At least 10 years of experience in a similar position within an industrial enterprise, preferably in a mid-sized international company with a matrix organization.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of labor law and social security regulations.
* Fluent English language skills and international work experience.
