Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Assist customers with account inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and payments
* Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-focused approach
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures
* Manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring quality
* Collaborate with remote team members to achieve service-level targets
Candidate Profile
* Dutch language: C1–C2 level
* English: B2 level
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup
