Your mission: We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier to our CEO and leadership team. This role is about stepping in, stepping up, and owning critical parts of our business journey. From leading high-impact strategic initiatives to aligning teams behind our growth roadmap, you’ll be embedded at the heart of Mmaah’s transformation, directly influencing operations, expansion, and execution. You’ll act as a key integrator across departments, ensuring that vision turns into velocity and that the company scales with clarity and cohesion. You'll need both the strategic mind to drive alignment and execution, and the heart to champion hospitality, culture, and customer delight as we grow. This is the perfect role for a founder-minded operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds structure from ideas, and is excited to grow into an executive leadership role within 1-2 years. Your responsibilities will span across 3 main pillars: 1.Execution & Project Management. You'll drive critical initiatives and ensure flawless execution: Partner with the CEO to translate vision into action across all business functions (operations, marketing, supply chain, customer experience) Oversee and manage high-impact projects (e.g., new product launches, pop-up events, kitchen expansions, collaborations with chefs or food brands) Own and lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives directly supporting scaling goals, setting milestones and influencing across the organization. Plan and facilitate leadership meetings, goal tracking, and action follow-ups. Track company OKRs and ensure alignment across teams (e.g., kitchen, logistics, retail, events). Handle day-to-day follow-ups, vendor coordination, and execution for CEO-level priorities 2.Leadership, Culture & Team Building. You'll cultivate our team and culture, fostering growth and alignment: Help maintain a strong and values-driven team culture rooted in excellence, creativity, and hospitality Lead and influence the organization, while challenging assumptions across all levels (incl. Founder) Be responsible for internal communication and act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal teams (e.g., operations, administration culinary, marketing, logistics) Lead hiring planning, recruitment and onboarding as the team grows 3.Strategy & Analysis Analyze business data across all departments to optimize for growth Support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities in gastronomy and hospitality Prepare internal updates and reports (including investor reports and pitch decks, as needed). Your profile has: 5 years of experience in strategy & operations, F&B consulting, business strategy, hospitality leadership, or as a founder/operations in food or lifestyle brands. Proven experience as a successful manager of managers. An entrepreneurial mindset and drive to make things happen with high attention to detail. Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on, ground-level execution Exceptional multitasker who excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapts rapidly to new challenges. Strong analytical and data-driven thinking. Fluent English communication skills, and at least B2 level in German. Deep interest or experience in gastronomy, food systems, culinary brands, or hospitality and customer behaviour Nice-to-have: Experience working directly with chefs, culinary teams, or premium F&B brands Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Suite, Trello/Asana, POS systems Fluent in more than one language (especially helpful in multicultural food settings) What to Expect from Mmaah: A strong brand with cult potential, made in Berlin.
